Before we go any further, feedback/critique is not for praise only, so if that's what you're looking for, you've come to the wrong place.
Anyway, when you're offering feedback, please keep some things in mind. Try to understand what the writer was trying to do and don't blame them for not achieving it. Offer some advice to fix it. You should never direct your critique at the writer themselves, rather direct it toward the writing. If you don't like something about the writing, or even if you loved it, please try and give a reason why you didn't like something. Try and go along the lines of "I didn't like ________ because______" or "I love _____ because _______" and always point out the good and the bad, and offer suggestions when appropriate. Last but not least... be objective! The style of writing may not be what you're used to (read your preferred genre).
